Give us a call if you would prefer your New Patient paperwork be emailed to you instead or remember to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to fill it out in office.

Dr. Barnes founded Tensegrity Chiropractic in 2011 and treated thousands of patients throughout the region up through 2023. In 2024 he and his wife Alisha Barnes founded Rise Chiropractic with the mission to help those that have felt helpless due to the traditional medical model. As a college football player, he suffered from numerous soft-tissue injuries, one of which ultimately ended his career. Frustrated with trainers, physical therapists, chiropractors and physicians not giving him answers about why he was continuously getting injured, he decided to pursue his own chiropractic training with the best providers in the field. Since graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Dr. Barnes has completed thousands of hours in continuing education.
